Structural Steel Fabrication Project Phases
We engage in a pre-construction meeting involving General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers as well as other trades. Each trade discusses value engineering scenarios as well as potential problems arising from the current design(s).
We fully discuss any of the owner’s questions and potential plan changes.
We discuss sequencing for the project and the time needed for each trade in order to determine the necessary schedule.
Meetings are held throughout a project—as needed—to maintain current progress with all trades. We believe communication is key to succesful projects.
